Before you choose

Can I start with the Free plan?

Yes. Free is a real LoggingCare workspace for a small service — care plans, daily records, a family portal, and an audit trail. It is there to run the work, not to tease it.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Move to Pro when you need more people, more staff, scheduling, incidents, or deeper reporting. Custom is a conversation when the standard limits no longer fit.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

The workspace stays open. You will be asked to upgrade or tidy unused records before adding more staff or people in care. Existing records are not removed to enforce a limit.

Can I have family members use LoggingCare?

Yes. You invite a relative to a specific person. They see that person, not the whole caseload and not another family's notes.

Does LoggingCare support multiple locations?

Pro includes multiple locations. Custom covers larger groups, extra teams, and the way your organisation is actually structured.

Can larger organisations request a custom plan?

Yes. Talk to us about staff and people-in-care limits, integrations, custom workflows, migration, and dedicated support.

Is there a contract?

Free and Pro are month-to-month. Custom terms are agreed with you before anything is switched on. This page does not create a contract.

Is my organisation's data secure?

Each organisation is isolated from the others. Access is role-based, and an audit trail records who did what. We do not make regulator or certification claims on this page.
