Who we are
LoggingCare provides care management software to organisations. This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website, create a workspace, or support people in care through the product.
Data you provide
Account holders give us names, contact details, and organisation information during sign-up. Care teams may record information about service users, staff, and daily operations inside a workspace. Each organisation controls who can access that data.
How we use it
We use data to run the service, keep workspaces secure, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data. Processing for care records is performed on behalf of the organisation using LoggingCare as their processor where applicable.
Retention & security
Data is stored in secured infrastructure with access controls and audit logging. Retention follows your organisation's needs and applicable law. Contact hello@loggingcare.com for data subject requests routed through your organisation or about your account.
